Definitions
Captain / Driver: An individual registered with the Godryv app to provide transportation services.
Rider: An individual using the Godryv app to request transportation.
Subscription Package: A plan selected by the driver to access various benefits (insurance, bonuses, earnings, etc.).
Commission-Free: The application does not operate on a commission-based system.
Registration Requirements
To register as a driver with Godryv, the following conditions must be met:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must hold a valid Egyptian driver’s license (private or professional).
Must submit the following documents:
Valid National ID
Valid driver’s license
Valid vehicle license
Recent drug test certificate from Godryv-approved centers
Recent criminal background certificate (police clearance)
Clear personal photo
Vehicle Requirements
The vehicle must be a sedan or hatchback with four doors.
The model year must be 2001 or newer, provided it is in good condition inside and out.
The vehicle must be registered in the driver’s name or have legal authorization to operate it.
The vehicle must be well-maintained and pass periodic technical inspections.
Driver Obligations
Drivers are expected to:
Comply with all traffic laws and regulations in Egypt.
Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
Treat passengers with respect and courtesy.
Avoid using mobile phones while driving, except through hands-free or voice-command tools.
Not allow unauthorized persons to accompany them during trips.
Refrain from any form of discrimination against passengers.

Submit and renew documents on time.
Advanced Package
Comprehensive medical insurance covering tests, imaging, surgeries, and medication.
Annual bonuses based on performance, number of rides, cancellations, acceptance rate, and package compliance.
Eligibility to upgrade to a newer vehicle subject to package terms and conditions.
Access to housing benefits according to package-specific conditions.
Opportunity to apply for educational or medical grants for the driver’s children.
Loyalty points redeemable for cash or vehicle maintenance services.
Maintain a rating of at least 4.5/5.
Comply with all policies and procedures of the app.
Earnings are calculated based on completed rides, distance traveled, and time spent.
Profits are transferred to the registered bank account annually based on performance.
Service or monthly subscription fees are deducted according to the selected package.
Godryv reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice to drivers.
Professional Conduct & Violations
Drivers are strictly prohibited from:
Canceling trips without valid justification
Engaging in inappropriate or harassing behavior
Driving under the influence of drugs or unsafe substances
Using the app for illegal activities
Violations may result in:
Official warning
Temporary account suspension
Permanent account termination
By agreeing to these terms, the app reserves the right to take legal action in cases of unsafe or harmful conduct.
Account Suspension or Termination
Godryv reserves the right to suspend or terminate a driver’s account in the following cases:
Violation of the terms, conditions, or policies
Receiving repeated passenger complaints
Providing false or misleading information, subject to immediate legal action
Involvement in traffic accidents due to negligence or unprofessional behavior
Amendments to the Terms
Godryv may update these terms and conditions at any time. Drivers will be notified via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
